Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason (however, it would be best for us to know the reason). The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or taking possession of the product by a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration by email addressed to: victor@okvmh.com

We will refund you as soon as possible (no later than 15 days from the day we receive the returned goods). We will use the same payment methods that you used for the order (credit card, Paypal or transfer). However, depending on the reason for the return, we can reimburse you for the value of the returned product but not for the shipping costs of shipping this product.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions above, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt for the merchandise or proof of receipt of delivery.
